Shipping Policy

We ship to addresses in the United States, including all 50 states and Washington, DC. We don't currently ship internationally.

• Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $100 or more ship free to any U.S. address.
• Smaller orders ship for a flat rate that starts at $8.95. The exact amount depends on where your order is going and what is in it, and does not change with how many of an item you buy. A few items, such as bow cases, ship at their own rate.
• Gift certificates are delivered by email, so they carry no shipping charge.

Your shipping cost is calculated at checkout from your shipping address and cart, and is included in your order total before you pay.

We pack and ship orders as quickly as we can. We use major carriers, chosen for the size and destination of each package. Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location, and are estimates rather than guarantees.

When your order ships we email you a shipping confirmation, with tracking information whenever the shipment has it. You can also look up an order any time with our Track Order page, using your order number and the email you used at checkout.

We collect Virginia sales tax (6%) on orders shipped to a Virginia address. Orders shipped to other states are not charged sales tax at checkout.

Please check your shipping address carefully before you pay. Packages that are returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address may need to be re-shipped at the customer's expense.

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as delivered but you can't find it, contact us right away with your order number and we will help sort it out. For returns and exchanges, see our Return Policy.
